Ivan and Carly are Southwest Michigan natives with a passion for Harbor Country and the beautiful sandy beaches of the Great Lakes.

One of the most rewarding aspects of their business is turning first-time tourists into lifelong fans of the area. This inspired Ivan to obtain his real estate license in order to assist those who want to make their time in the area more permanent.
